Servings: 4 | Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cook Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

For the Patties:
o 1 1⁄2 lbs. ground beef (80/20 blend for juiciness)
o 1 tsp of salt
o 1⁄2 tsp black pepper
o 1⁄2 tsp garlic powder
o 1⁄2 tsp onion powder
o 1⁄2 tsp smoked paprika
o 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
o 1 tbsp Cherry Bomb Moscato “Fine As Wine” BBQ Sauce

For the Barbecue Sauce:
o 1⁄2 cup of Cherry Bomb Moscato “Fine As Wine” BBQ Sauce

Toppings:
o 4 slices cheddar cheese (or pepper jack for a kick)
o 4 brioche or sesame seed buns
o 4 slices crispy bacon (optional but recommended)
o 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
o 4 leaves lettuce
o 4 slices tomato
o Pickles (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Patties:
o In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked
    paprika, and Worcestershire sauce.
o Gently form into 4 equal patties, about 3⁄4-inch thick. Press a small dent in the
center to keep them from puffing up.
  1. Grill the Burgers:
o Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
o Cook patties for about 3-4 minutes on one side.
o Flip, brush the tops generously with barbecue sauce, and cook another 3 minutes.
o Add cheese slices and let them melt (cover the grill/skillet for better melting).
  2. Toast the Buns:
o While the burgers finish cooking, lightly toast the buns on the grill or in a dry pan.
  3. Assemble the Burgers:
o Spread a thin layer of barbecue sauce on the bottom bun.
o Layer with lettuce, tomato, and the cheeseburger patty.
o Add bacon, red onions, and pickles if using.
o Top with the bun and serve immediately.
